Supports 3 Standard WP User Roles and integreates them into the Help Desk. Admins can view all tickets. Editors can be assigned to custom ticket categories and anyone can sign up as a Subscriber to create and view their own tickets. Edit your discussion settings and everyone will get an autmatic email when a support reply is added to the ticket.
Also – There’s a handy front-end options panel that allows you to assign Editors to their categories.
What’s more – Users can register and login all from the front end in Wordpress.
Add entries into this custom post type, assigning them to categories (sections) of the documentation. You can use the publish date, or slug, to reorder them. On the front end, it displays as a clean documentation guide, with navigation.
Add articles to your KnowledgeBase and group them by category and on the front end they’ll display as a collection of articles and posts complete with a “More in This Cateogry” custom sidebar.
